"Getting Started" (4-week series)
DATE: (Mondays) May 5, 12, 19, (No Class 26) and June 2, 2014

TIME: 7-8 PM

COST: $59.99 includes 3 DVDs, 3 Levels, 3 Full-Body Workouts

LOCATION: McKelvie Intermediate School (108 Liberty Hill Rd)

Over Forty and Fit with The Doctor’s Workout "Getting Started" this 4 week program will start with Level 1 for those who have not or are not exercising, but want to get started with a sustainable program. Dr. Tom Kleeman and Anne Talbot-Kleeman will perform Level 1 with you, answer any of your questions and insure that you are using proper technique to guide you while implementing “The Doctor’s Workout” in the privacy of your own home!

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS: Attendees will need to bring a set of 3 pound hand weights and a yoga mat
