TIME: 8:30-9:30 AM
DAY: Your choice of class day either come on a Monday or Friday (6 week programs)
SPRING SESSION DATES:
Mondays: May 1, 8, 15, 22, (No class May 29) June 5 & 12
Fridays: May 5, 12, 19, (No class May 26) June 2, 9 & 16
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: April 28, 2017
LOCATION: Bedford Town Hall (70 Bedford Ctr Road) across from the Library
WEAR: Loose comfortable clothing
BRING: A yoga mat, a blanket, and a bottle of water
Students will learn & practice yoga postures, breathing & meditation techniques to tone and strengthen muscles, mental clarity and emotional resilience.
