In this 8-week class, students will learn about the Science of Meditation.  You will learn how to remove stress with proper breathing and meditation.  You will learn about the knowledge of energy body and the energy centers.  The importance of two major energy centers or chakras (Twin Hearts).  Awareness of energy hygiene.  Stretching exercises that help with the cleansing of the energy body and what is prana or life force?
 
About the instructor:  Krithika is a Bedford Resident who is a Certified Pranic Healer.  She has been healing thousands of patients for physical and emotional problems both directly and remotely.  She also has been traveling and promoting awareness of the benefits of energy with meditation and energy healing.  She conducts meditation and super brain yoga workshops in schools, communities, health centers, corporations and also organizing pranic healing workshops in both NH and NJ areas.
